Enough is enough
This is India's worst hour. We have witnessed a host of terror attacks on our beloved nation in the past. But this particular attack on Mumbai on 26/11/09 has virtually broken the morale of the country. The highlights of this attack were the meticulous planning of the terrorists, a total failure on the part of Indian intelligence, the inability of the Indian police in countering the terrorist attack (obviously due to poor weapons), the late arrival of NSG commandos from New Delhi and the list goes on. It turns out that despite a string of attacks, we dont seem to have learnt anything. The people of this country needs to know why despite a booming economy, with the 3rd largest military in the world we failed so miserably in detecting this infiltration through our coast. How is this possible? Ten wierd creatures from Pakistan was able to, so easily get into our country. We are now given to understand that the government had received warnings about a possible terror attack on certain places. Its so shocking that one of the places mentioned was the Taj hotel. The Prime minister convened an emergency meeting a couple of days ago and we would have expected something solid to come out of the meetings. Instead, they just decided on setting up a Federal Investigating Agency and also setting up of NSG bases in the 4 metros. Is that really enough? These mentally retarded politicians of our country has been working on the idea of setting up a FIA for the last 5 years. And what was the reason for not setting it up? It seems as per the constitution, law and order is a state subject and so the center needs to get the consent of the state governments for the same. If these morons at the center are not able to get the consent of the state governments, cant they do a constitutional amendment and implement it by force?So ultimately who suffers? We the common people. Approximately, 185 people were killed in the attack which could have been easily avoided had the government been more alert and efficient. Are we going to take all this shit lying down? We know that our politicians are never going to be efficient in any way. I think the need of the hour is to start a mass movement against these inefficient politicians and against the political system in our country. Some people have in the last few days suggested starting something like a Civil Disobedience Movement by not paying taxes etc to the government. How we react is a matter of individual choice. But we had enough of these politicians. So, how are you going to react to this??
